Lauren joins our team with a huge enthusiasm for real estate and a grin to match it. Lauren’s career in Real Estate begun when she left school, starting with Nerang Real Estate as a Sales Assistant.

With that initial exposure she began learning and growing and moved into a Sales Agent role. Until this month, Lauren was the Principal of her own agency and after spending 5 years being responsible for the smooth day to day running of the office, managing staff, and creating lifetime relationships with clients, we look forward to sharing her experience and motivation among our team and with you.

As we bring on the new department, we will be making the most of Olivia’s skills from her time as a Sales Secretary (also at Nerang Real Estate) prior to taking maternity leave.

Liv joined the team part time in 2007 and is key to ensuring the lease process and general account management is smooth, whilst also being a full time super-mum.

Back in 2001, after raising four children, Gill decided she needed another challenge which lead her to real estate and she became the Principal of Nerang Property Management.

For the past fifteen years, Gill has seen the area change, trends of real estate move, but one thing hasn’t changed, and that is her desire to always put others first, which has helped formed many ongoing relationships with clients, staff and other local business owners.
